Me wearing the dual knit band when I first got it on Thursday
First
Apple Vision Pro Dual Knit Band - This new Apple Vision Pro strap from Apple launched with the update to move Apple Vision Pro to the M5 processor. You can also buy this headband as a standalone accessory. I got one and my first impressions is it's huge upgrade over other Apple Vision Pro straps I've tried. If you have Apple Vision Pro, I think this new band is well worth the $100 to upgrade. While it technically makes the headset heavier, the weight in the back combined with the new design makes the headset much more comfortable for me to wear. The design is so intricate, I also think $100 is a very fair price for what you are getting.
Second
Flic Duo - I first tried this new button at CES in January. While Shortcut Labs hasn't started shipping the button to customers, they have taken a number of rounds of pre-orders. Right now they have what looks like the last round of pre-orders on the Flic Duo where you could get a launch discount on it and get it in time for the holidays with an estimated ship date of December.
Third
Apple Music AutoMix - If you use Apple Music you might have noticed it fading quickly to the next song during playlists. Sometimes I like this feature for background music, but other times it can be annoying. This is on by default in iOS 26. If you want to adjust these settings, this Apple Support article has all the details of different places the setting shows up, along with the differences between AutoMix and Crossfade.
Schedule
Last week we had a regular live stream on Thursday night and I published my big video on 3D printing.
This week I should have another video and live stream coming your way, along with hopefully getting back on the short form content posting.
I hope you have a great rest of your Sunday.
Best,
Eric
